CYS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation

Our company was granted on 24th April 2011 by the Cyprus Organization for the Promotion of Quality, which is the Cyprus Accreditation Body, accreditation for its Electromagnetic Field (EMF) measurements  according to the CYS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard (Αccreditation Certificate No. L031).  Netfon is the first company in Cyprus to receive such accreditation for EMF measurements with pan-European acknowledgement.

This accreditation certifies that the laboratory for EMF measurements of Netfon has been assessed according to the accreditation criteria for Testing Laboratories as defined in the CYS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard as competent to perform EMF measurements in the range 30MHz – 3GHz.

The CYS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard specifies the general requirements for the competence of testing laboratories, including sampling, and covers tests carried out using standard methods, nonstandard methods and methods developed internally. Compliance to this standard implies automatic adherence with the principles of ISO9001.

Accreditation according to CYS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard certifies the ability and competence of testing laboratories to consistently produce valid results and the top quality in their offered services.
