Service & Support
Any owner of Rohde & Schwarz products in Cyprus may contact Netfon to seek service and support regarding the operation or maintenance of its equipment. The service and support facility involves:
- Repair of faulty equipment or modules
- Calibration
- Upgrading
- Troubleshooting
Netfon’s role in repair and calibration is to receive the equipment from the customer, properly pack it and dispatch it by courier to the service department of Rohde & Schwarz, describing the service required. The progress of service within Rohde & Schwarz is closely monitored and the customer is kept up to date on the status of the service and the expected delivery of the equipment.
Netfon provides first level upgrading and troubleshooting in Cyprus. When the support of Rohde & Schwarz is required, then the customer will be directed to the appropriate department of Rohde & Schwarz in Germany, or the problem will be passed over to Rohde & Schwarz and the reply communicated to the customer.
