SITE ACQUISITION > LEASE CONTRACT

Netfon has experience in negotiating and preparing large numbers of lease contracts - agreements. We can undertake all Contract negotiations for any site requested by the Customer.

It is our firm belief that a “good” contract will ensure a smooth installation and operation of a site and will minimize (or even avoid) misunderstandings. This is why we always spend a lot of time discussing and analysing all aspects of the proposed contract, ensuring that everything is clear. We also make sure that any verbal agreements or special terms between the two parties are included in the contract. 

Netfon arranges for all exemplars of the contract to be signed by both parties (owner(s) and Customer) and upon the Customer’s request, may deliver any agreed down-payment to the owner(s) of the site.
